For those owners residing in the Portland area that want to manage their home themselves, but don’t have the time or knowledge to handle the lease-up process, don’t worry. We can do it all for you. We will coordinate the marketing of your property online, conduct all of the showings, screen the prospective tenants, negotiate and execute the lease agreement, and provide you with a move in report (complete with photos) before turning it over to you for ongoing management.
