Our Team
Lois Moore (broker) founded L. Moore Property Management, Inc. in 1995 and has over 20 years of experience in property management. She has a BA from the University of Michigan, has lived in several states (coast to coast), has 2 grown children, and is currently hard at work spoiling 5 beautiful grandaughters! She has a passion for architecture (which was fostered during her years in Williamsburg, VA) and thoroughly enjoys real estate. Ya gotta love this business to survive in it!
Sharon Arendes (property manager) has been an integral part of the L. Moore team from almost the very beginning! She has been licensed for many years, and is responsible for processing, evaluating, and screening all tenant applications, addressing tenant issues and requests, and acting as the owner liaison during tenancy. She is an active tennis player, has 2 grown daughters, and 1 granddaughter.
Sharon Ransome (property manager) has been licensed for 5 years and is responsible for conducting all prospective tenant showings, periodic inspections, and move in reports, as well as managing our internet marketing efforts, and acting as the owner liaison during the marketing period. Sharon is from the maple leaf state (a.k.a. Canada), has 3 grown daughters, 4 grandsons, and one baby granddaughter.
Nicholette Reid (Administrative Assistant) is most likely your first contact when you call L. Moore Inc. She supports the staff at large and helps prospective tenants find the perfect rental fit. Nicholette has a varied background which includes everything from property management to teaching, writing, theatre, travel and the creative arts.
